She has accumulated in depth knowledge of the industry; and also MOM and foreign regulations. She has developed strong relationships with Licensed Overseas Recruiters. Her vision is to build up a new EA business model to serve domestic worker Employers and the growing needs of an aging Singapore population.
Farhanah has been in the manpower industry for 8 years. She has vast experience with recruitment, training and outsourcing manpower management. She has a Diploma in Business IT.
Ratna has been with Nostra for 10 years. She is very experienced with all aspects of EA services. Customers readily testify to her efficiency and effectiveness in serving them.
Ai Meng has been with the company for 3 years. She specialises in caregivers, and particularly in understanding the needs of children with autism, ADHD and other learning disorder conditions. She has a Diploma in Music (LRSM) and Diploma in Learning Disorders Management & Child Psychology.
